Our Story
Every on-demand care operator faces the same problem. Before you can see your first patient, you need to build or stitch together a stack: intake forms, provider workflows, prescriptions, pharmacy integrations, payment processing, compliance infrastructure, messaging, analytics. The list keeps going.
Most operators solve this by wiring together a dozen disconnected tools - each with its own login, its own data model, its own limitations. The result is fragile, expensive to maintain, and hostile to the people using it. Operators spend more time managing infrastructure than caring for patients.
ClinicTitan was founded to fix this. We're building the infrastructure layer that on-demand care operators can build on - a single, multi-tenant platform that handles clinical workflows, commerce, compliance, and communication so operators can focus entirely on patient care.
We're building alongside our first tenant partner, learning what matters in production, and designing a platform that works for the operators who will come next. The platform is built, vendor integrations are operational, and we are gaining traction in the marketplace. What we have is a clear conviction: on-demand care needs a platform layer, and we're building it.
